Charles Nellari, Esq. is the founder and owner of his Law Practice [Law Offices of Charles Nellari]. Charles recognized a space between Domestic and International Law Practice. His American Education and unique International Experience provided for a proper connection between the Legal systems. Charles understands the need to blend a Law Practice that is innovative, creative and responsive to the global business challenges.

Charles has been a lawyer since 1990. His interest in obtaining deeper knowledge in Corporate and Finance Laws, Commercial Transactions and Economic Offenses [White Collar Crimes] is evidenced from his successful completion of three Master Degrees in Law. He currently pursues a doctoral [Ph.D] program in the area of ‘Corporate Governance’.

Extensive International Experience

Charles has been a visiting professor to foreign law schools. He presented legal papers in international conferences. Charles was a resource person at the 2008 international conference of trade unions held at the ILO center in Geneva, Switzerland.
