Charles has been a lawyer since 1990. His interest in obtaining deeper knowledge in Corporate and Finance Laws, Commercial Transactions and Economic Offenses [White Collar Crimes] is evidenced from his successful completion of three Master Degrees in Law. He currently pursues a doctoral [Ph.D] program in the area of ‘Corporate Governance’.
Extensive International Experience
Charles has been a visiting professor to foreign law schools. He presented legal papers in international conferences. Charles was a resource person at the 2008 international conference of trade unions held at the ILO center in Geneva, Switzerland.
